Job summary
The CHNJ DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT OPERATIONS will create and maintain a top-notch development backoffice infrastructure by managing and optimizing organizational development processes to increase fundraising revenue.The CHNJ Director of Development Operations will partner with the Development Directors, Major Gift officers along with all other CHNJ departments to increase coordination, collaboration and strategic approaches for the Development Department and fundraising efforts.
