Job summary
The Maintenance Director directs preventive and required maintenance, repair, and improvement and oversees the housekeeping,laundry,and janitorial department.Must have strategic approach to leadership in managing a team of diverse people,
providing ongoing training,and maintaining a balanced schedule for staffing needs.The Director must be able to execute company plans with project management skills
to ensure a superior facility inside and out.
The Maintenance Director must take initiative and have a systematic approach for knowing how to address facility needs,basic repairs
necessary equipment upgrade on a routine basis.A strong focus is needed for the facility upkeep in order to maintain a clean,sanitary,safe,and comfortable environment for residents.staff.and visitors.
