    Primary Care Nurse Practitioner- Oakland, CA (New Grads are welcome)

    Location: Oakland, CA

    Shift: - Mon- Fri (8 am -5 pm)

    Job Summary:

    This position will work closely with the clinical team and is primarily responsible for managing direct patient care with the implementation of evidence-based medicine and adherence to national and internal practice guidelines and policies.

    Experience/Qualifications:


    • CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner.


    • 5+ years of Clinical Experience with 2+ of those years in Primary Care (preferred).


    • Ability to function independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing circumstances and procedures.


    • Excellent communication skills and ability to adjust communication styles when working with patients, their families, and colleagues.


    • Highly organized, strong time management skills and flexibility to manage multiple timelines and activities.
