- Provide exceptional guest service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns
- Register and process guests upon arrival and departure
- Demonstrate telephone courtesy and professionalism
- Attentively listen to guests and anticipate additional needs or concerns
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance of public areas and hotel office
- Utilize appropriate selling techniques to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Complete daily management operations reports
- Ensure all guest accounts are complete and accurate
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of all services and facilities of the hotel and local area
- Comply with hotel's standard operating procedures and policies
- Assist in monitoring and upholding procedures for safety of guests and hotel team members
- Assist team members and other departments as needed to contribute to operational efficiency
