    NHB has embarked on its Public Sector Transformation (PST) journey and has made significant inroads into transforming key business processes, introducing digitalisation initiatives and uptake amongst staff, as well as increasing digital maturity and capability development.

    The re-design and optimisation of business processes is crucial to allow staff to focus on value-adding and cognitive tasks, through increased efficienty and productivity. NHB is looking for an Assistant Manager / Manager (Business Process Design & Optimisation) to support the work of the Organisational Design and Innovation (ODI) division.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage divisions to understand requirements of business processes; conduct assessment on workflow optimisation through process re-design and/or leveraging on technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and process automation to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Envisage the future of workplace and support in the design and implementation of a roadmap.
    • Project management and administration of workflow optimisation projects, including design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
    • Assist divisions with timeline and milestone reporting, including working out the metrics to measure the success of implementation strategies.
    • Communicate information in clear language, particularly to an internal audience without technical expertise.
    • Support the division general administration matters.

    Requirements:

    • A background in Business, Organisational Design, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
    • Interest or experience in AI, process automation and related technology would be preferred.
    • Minimally 1-2 years of relevant experience would be advantageous.
    • Team player with good relationship management skills, and the ability to communicate well with different groups of internal stakeholders.
    • Meticulous and detail-orientated, to ensure active and timely monitoring, completion and reporting of tasks.
    • A keen interest in museums and heritage is preferred.
