    What You'll Do

    In a nutshell, you will championestablished products or services, contributing to product strategyand managing the product backlog. Youwill:
    • Guide productincrement (PI) planning and manage backlog, ensuring executionaligns with strategy and requirements.
    • Partner with product managers to understand and shape productroadmaps.
    • Brainstorm ideas for productimprovements and achieve KPIs.
    • Lead multiplescrum teams to build, enhance and manage products, capabilities orservices.
    • Coordinate with other Agile productmanagers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple deliverystreams or release trains.
    • Assess productperformance against KPIs, implement improvements and report tostakeholders.
    • Define and prioritize projectrequirements, negotiate with stakeholders and ensure changes aremanaged efficiently.
    Who You Are

    You're a seasoned leader skilledat uniting teams to achieve results while staying focused oncustomers' needs. Here's the type of skills and experience that'llmake you stand out:

    Minimum:
    • Abachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experiencein a related field. The right candidate could also have a differentcombination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience; aPh.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in arelated field.
    • A strong understanding ofbusiness, product performance and industry principles, practicesand procedures.
    • Experience with full productlifecycle methodologies, including knowledge of SAFe Agilemethodology.
    • Experience in design,development and implementation of product plans.
    • Experience in creating, prioritizing and recommendingepics and features.

    Compensation:

    Compensationincludes a base salary of $106, $177, The basesalary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based onfactors such as the ultimate location of the position and theselected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position maybe eligible for additional compensation that may include anincentiveprogram.

    Benefits:

    TheCompany offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as muchvacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, thecompany's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidaysthroughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellnessannually for their own wellness or that of family members.Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in theform of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave,volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19vaccination leave.
