    Our client is looking for an outgoing individual who will be able to research, develop, design and test electrical components, equipment, and systems for aerospace and defense purposes.

    Designs electrical equipment, components, products, and systems for aerospace and defense purposes.


    Prepares schematics, bills of materials, printed circuit boards, wiring harness, and assembly drawings to support production build of the design.

    Coordinates with other engineering disciplines and departments to ensure overall system form, fit, function and safety requirements are achieved.

    Designs and directs engineering personnel in fabrication of test control apparatus and equipment. Determines methods, procedures, and conditions for testing products.

    Directs activities to ensure that manufacturing, construction, installation, and operational testing conform to functional specifications and customer requirements.

    Directs and coordinates operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and systems in field installations.

    Uses computer assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.

    Education and/or Experience

    Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering (B. S.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.


    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.

    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.


    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

    Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

    Salary Range - $80,000 to $90,000
