Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Up to $5,000 Sign-on Bonus

Job Description:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the ability to provide direct care for the residents here at Concordia. Responsibilities include but not limited to assisting residents with eating and drinking, ambulating, transferring, toileting, bladder and bowel management, personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, turning and positioning, and documenting the care that was provided. Duties include providing treatment per the ADL/treatment book, and answering resident call bells and responding to needs promptly.

Paid on-the-job training and flexible shifts available. Starting wage is $ /hour and $ shift differentials offered for afternoon and midnight shifts. Full-time and part-time positions available and include a weekend rotation.

Qualifications:

Must be caring, compassionate and understanding

High school graduate or GED equivalent preferred

Satisfactory completion of Nurse Aide training program

Must pass the Red Cross competency exam to achieve licensure within the required time granted or must possess a current Nurse Aide license from Pennsylvania and be in good standing
