- Providing leadership, direction, and support to the teams at the community
- Responsible for positive student engagement and services throughout the life cycle of tenancy
- Manages and directs day-to-day leasing operations and related accounting
- Proactively develops and implements new practices and trainings to support a culture of growth
- Medical/Dental/Vision, with CHNW covering 90% of the premiums

We are seeking a full-time, exempt Community Manager to lead a community of residents and staff in one of our student-centered apartment buildings. This crucial role assures a supportive environment for our residents/students while overseeing efficient and fiscally responsible operations of the community.
This is a unique building, currently under renovation, and was a part of the Oregon Community Foundation's Project Turnkey This community will open later this summer, and we are looking for a dynamic Community Manager to begin sooner and be a vital part of the initial lease-up, grand opening, and ongoing community needs. We are thrilled to be adding this community to our portfolio
