    Description


    We're seeking a dynamic individual with experience hiring Directors and above-level executives to join our growing Executive Talent Acquisition team.

    This role will support global senior leader searches for primarily Director, Sr. Director and VP level searches and recommend best practices across Veralto Corporate and its global Operating Companies.


    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
    Execute Executive Search & Search Strategy

    Will work independently to lead a recruit form intake through to offer negotiation and close, with minimal guidance

    Contribute to best-in-class ETA stand work by recommending best practices to improve products, processes, or services.

    Run searches across multiple functions, predominately at the M4 level, for our senior-level executive leadership roles. These roles report to an L1 (C-suite) leader in our OpCos.


    Ability to work independently and strategically from the start of a search through to negotiation and close with minimal guidance.

    This includes conducting intake calls, sourcing/name generation, qualifying candidates, managing the process through offer acceptance, and closing the search.

    Ability to pivot and change search strategy if needed. Communicate to ETA leadership if assistance is necessary to meet timelines and goals.

    Strong attention to detail. Must maintain search details in the ETA CRM

    Utilize online tools and resources for source list name generation, such as LinkedIn, professional networks, and organizations. As needed, you will also partner with a research team

    Advanced analytical and problem-solving ability to accurately assess talent and identify innovative solutions for stakeholders.

    Firm adherence to confidential information and sensitivity.

    Serve as a Business Partner to Hiring Managers

    Partner collaboratively with hiring executives and HR business partners throughout the search process.


    Ability to articulate the search strategy, candidate backgrounds, or market landscape clearly and articulately to stakeholders who may need to adopt a different point of view.

    Help prepare and contribute to ETA industry presentations.

    Adherence to standard work to drive efficiencies in ETA processes.


    We seek out and listen to our stakeholders' future needs to anticipate upcoming needs and share findings with the ETA team.

    Strong data orientation.

    Time Management & Communication Skills

    Efficient time management skills to manage searches primarily across US and Western European time zones.

    Ability to adhere to standard processes to meet or exceed ETA metrics.

    Communicate with respect, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external parties.

    Written communication skills targeted, concise candidate summary reports outlining essential details, significant career changes, and highlights.

    ETA TEAM Member & Collaborator

    Serve as a mentor to junior recruiters.


    Collaborate with the ETA team to contribute and be dedicated to consistently demonstrating best-in-class recruitment practices and a continuous improvement mindset.

    Ability to mentor junior recruiters.

    Provide input to help drive comprehensivetalent strategies and efficiencies between ETA and other HR functions in Veralto.

    EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

    Minimum of three (3) years experience in executive-level recruitment

    Track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    Proficiency in recruitment databases, CRMS, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

    Experience complying with government regulations and global GDPR practices relating to hiring practices.

    Experience hiring for industries with equivalent complexity

    Salary Range:
    The salary range for this role is $110,000 – 130,000 base.

    This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.

    We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.

    The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    An associate's position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

    The compensation range for this role is $ $140000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Incentive Pay.
