    Job Overview:
    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Human Resources to join the team. As the Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Duties:

    Maintain oversite of manufacturing's recruitment, placement, training, development, and retention programs
    - Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity laws and regulations and advance the company diversity and inclusion initiative
    - Protect the interests of employees in accordance with the company's policies and applicable governmental laws and regulations
    - Guide, coach, inspire, and develop the team of HR Managers, Generalists and Recruiters in support of overall HR and business strategy
    - Provide expertise to HR and Operations Leadership as it pertains to learning and development, performance management, employee experience and engagement, senior leadership development, and succession planning
    - Ensure consistent, timely, and accurate application and compliance with applicable state and federal employment laws and regulations
    - Work with the CHRO and General Counsel to mitigate risks associated with potential legal action, including mediations, EEOC, DOL, arbitrations and/or other actions
    - This position will be responsible for driving leadership development, succession planning, talent acquisition/recruitment, training and employee relations activities while partnering successfully with the management team
    - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
    - Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes
    - Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
    - Implement performance management strategies to drive employee engagement and productivity
    - Lead change management initiatives to support organizational growth and development
    - Conduct employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are properly onboarded
    - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR management
    - Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals

    Experience:

    Bilingual Spanish
    - Experience as an HR leader in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of plant operations
    - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well cross functionally
    Experience designing, building, and implementing HR functional programs, policies, tools, and procedures
    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
    - Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in HR management roles
    - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
    - Experience with HRIS systems
    - Proficient in payroll administration and benefits management
    - Demonstrated experience in performance management and employee development
    - Proven ability to effectively negotiate and manage vendor relationships
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
