    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a crucial role in providing top-notch nursing care to residents. From medication administration to treatment and documentation, you'll work closely with our Director of Nursing/Clinical Director to ensure residents receive the best care possible.

    Ecumen Seasons at Maplewood is not just any senior living community - we offer 120 independent living and assisted living rental apartment homes, along with 30 residences dedicated to seniors in need of memory care services.     Opportunity Details:

    Part-Time - Weekend Position:

    • Work weekends (either every other weekend or every weekend based on your preference).
    • Flexible shift times on weekends.
    • Potential to take on extra hours during the week if desired.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver nursing care to residents within the guidelines of an LPN.
    • Coordinate and oversee resident care, collaborating with other departments and providers from admission to discharge.
    • Support the Registered Nurse in assessments, documentation, and timely response to findings.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes when necessary.
    • Ensure the safety of residents and staff, promptly addressing any safety concerns and upholding infection control protocols.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
    Minimum Requirements for LPN:
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing for the LPN program.
    • Active LPN licensure in the respective state.
    • 1-2 years of LPN experience.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Basic computer proficiency.
    • Ability to adhere to safety regulations, including but not limited to infection control, HIPAA, and residents' rights policies.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in a senior care or healthcare setting.
