    Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
    Location: Aurora, CO
    Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday
    Start Date: Immediate
    End Date: June

    Job Description and Responsibilities:

    In this role, you will:

    1. Deliver Individualized Support: Provide one-on-one behavioral support services to students, ensuring personalized attention and care.
    2. Implement Behavior Plans: Execute behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), facilitating the implementation of effective strategies to support student progress.
    3. Collaborate Effectively: Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure consistency and effectiveness in interventions, promoting a supportive environment for students.
    4. Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed documentation of student progress and behavior data, enabling informed decision-making and ongoing evaluation of intervention outcomes.

    Requirements:

    To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

    1. RBT Certification: Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is a prerequisite, with a background in BACB accredited RBT training.
    2. Experience and Skills: Previous experience working with children with special needs is beneficial, alongside strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
    3. Professionalism: Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality in all interactions and documentation.
