    Lockheed Martin's site in Camden is a hub for manufacturing, final assembly, testing, and storage of MFC programs. As a Quality Inspector, you play a crucial role in ensuring that missiles, launchers, and other vital products meet specifications and operate effectively.

    • Perform visual inspections on work-in-progress and finished goods as per defined guidelines
    • Check dimensions, validate functionality, and conduct necessary quality checks outlined in instructions
    • Generate quality/service alerts for identified nonconformities, conduct inspections, and manage inventory
    • Utilize blueprints and drawings to interpret specifications
    • Audit assigned areas to ensure compliance with requirements such as material age, equipment calibration, area contents, and labeling

    Basic Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a bonus
    • Ability and willingness to use inspection tools like digital calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other equipment
    • Proficiency in interpreting inspection instructions, blueprints, and specifications
    • This role is based in a facility with special access, requiring candidates to be U.S. citizens
    • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
    • Willingness to work in diverse climates and around hazardous materials

    Desired Skills:
    • Previous inspection experience in a production setting
    • Familiarity with SAP, APRISO, or MRO Software is advantageous (on-the-job training provided)
    • Strong team player with effective communication skills
      • Proficient in critical thinking, problem-solving, and capable of working independently
    Security Clearance Statement: For this role, a government security clearance is mandatory, requiring applicants to be U.S. citizens for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: This position involves onsite work at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports various alternate work schedules to provide flexibility to employees. Schedules can range from a standard 40-hour workweek to condensed schedules that offer more time off in addition to paid time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4-day workweek consisting of 10-hour shifts with 3 days off per week
