- Perform visual inspections on work-in-progress and finished goods as per defined guidelines
- Check dimensions, validate functionality, and conduct necessary quality checks outlined in instructions
- Generate quality/service alerts for identified nonconformities, conduct inspections, and manage inventory
- Utilize blueprints and drawings to interpret specifications
- Audit assigned areas to ensure compliance with requirements such as material age, equipment calibration, area contents, and labeling
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is a bonus
- Ability and willingness to use inspection tools like digital calipers, gauges, micrometers, and other equipment
- Proficiency in interpreting inspection instructions, blueprints, and specifications
- This role is based in a facility with special access, requiring candidates to be U.S. citizens
- Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
- Willingness to work in diverse climates and around hazardous materials
- Previous inspection experience in a production setting
- Familiarity with SAP, APRISO, or MRO Software is advantageous (on-the-job training provided)
