    The Server is responsible for providing a 5-star memorable dining experience, through top-notch guest service and attention to detail. They also ensure the timely delivery of food and beverages in a friendly and positive manner.

From serving our guests vibrant hand-crafted cocktails at the bar to over-the-top appetizers on the beach; to hosting special events for any celebration in our tiki-bar or event pavilion...     Pay: $8.98 / hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
    • Take accurate food and drink orders, making menu recommendations and upselling throughout the process.
    • Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.
    • Deliver food and beverages to tables and provide attentive, personalized service.
    • Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and promptly address any concerns.
    • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
    • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and service stations.


    Experience:

    •Minimum 1 year similar experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment

    Required Skills:

    •Excellent communication skills

    •Must be able to pass server training and validation

    •Must be neatly dressed and well groomed in clean Company uniforms at all times.

    •Must be able to operate P.O.S. computer, make change correctly, and make credit card transactions.

    •Must be able to effectively card all guests who appear under the age of 30 for alcohol purchases.

    •Adherence to Company alcoholic beverage policies.

    •Adherence to all Company and Safety Policies and Procedures.

    •Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate in English.

    Travel Requirements:

    •No Regular Travel Requirements

    Physical Demands:

    •Must be able to walk and stand for hours at a time. Lift and carry up to 10-30lbs.
