Registered Nurse Case Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our Social Service Health Care Team.

• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight for individuals with developmental disabilities in accordance with OPWDD guidelines.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor for side effects, and maintain accurate medical records.
• Conduct health assessments and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
