    JOB SUMMARY:

    Hyosung is seeking a legal assistant/secretary to provide administrative support to the Legal Team. Ideally, a candidate with an interest in business or finance industry. The position provides a variety of diverse opportunities, including hands-on experience, real-time projects, executive leadership interaction, and industry knowledge.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    • Prepare and proofread reports and other legal documents, with occasional data analysis task
    • Creating and updating Non-Disclosure Agreements
    • Electronic filing & organization of business documents in Contract Management system & NHA Security shared folders
    • Update and maintain claims worksheet, filing & organization in NHA Security shared folders
    • Process & coordinate incoming legal invoices. Prepare purchase requisitions utilizing Expense Management System
    • Assist with drafting supporting documentation for presentations and meetings
    • Assist with filing electronic expense reports
    • Track office inventory, including ordering supplies
    • Collaborate closely with the legal team on all work completed
    • Other daily responsibilities as assigned

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience working with contract management systems
    • Experience working with e-Signature system (i.e. DocuSign)
    • Knowledge of contract language & terminology
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal effectively with a team of diverse personnel, both internally and externally
    • Ability to prioritize certain responsibilities based on importance, length of completion time, and deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Strong time-management skills
    • Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies
