- Monitor systems/network and report network failures, inefficiencies, or security concerns.
- Support corrective action plans and maintain network documentation.
- Offer solutions for implementing security measures or new functionalities.
- Collaborate with the ISSM on cybersecurity tasks.
- Provide technical solutions to complex problems for users and customers.
- Design, Configure, and Operate network infrastructure including wireless, firewalls, and Cisco DNA Center.
- Handle Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure security and connectivity with On-Premises resources.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- Several years of relevant experience, with the option of experience substituting for formal education.
- Experience as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM) and in technical implementation roles.
- Technical training in Information Communications Systems, Information Assurance, or related fields is preferred.
- Ability to secure DoD certification within the specified timeframe after hiring.
- Able to acquire and uphold DoD Security Clearance.
