Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for answering phone calls, providing excellent customer service, processing orders, and maintaining a clean showroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales and a passion for the pool supply industry.

Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom
• Assist customers with product selection and provide product knowledge
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Passion for the pool supply industry

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in inside sales or customer service
• Knowledge of pool supplies and equipment is a plus
