    Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

    Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF) Aurora, CO

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals.
    • Provide direct therapy services to clients of all ages with a variety of needs.
    • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
    • Collaborate with clients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation and progress reports.
    • Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.
    • Colorado Department of Education (CDE) Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certification required.
    • Willingness to consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) for the position.
    • Strong clinical skills with knowledge of assessment and treatment techniques.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
    • Passion for providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to clients.
