Notre is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate. This team member will be responsible for addressing customer service requests received via our customer support channels and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be organized, motivated, a strong communicator, and have excellent knowledge of sneaker and luxury apparel brands. The ability to build customer bonds via product knowledge, personality and enthusiasm is important.
**Responsibilities:**
Monitor various support channels such as email and social media while addressing customer
concerns in a timely, pleasant, and efficient manner.
Order cancellations
Address change requests
Measurement requests
Manage returns - process, inspect, and ensure items are in new condition
Address various other customer inquiries
Assist with administration duties
File claims
Perform risk management duties
Coordination & Communication
Work with warehouse and retail management to ensure customer requests are being met
Identify key areas of improvement and partner with management team to implement policies, procedures, technical improvements and training programs to address those areas
Act as liaison and point of contact for other departments to ensure a customer focused approach to business initiatives
Provide weekly customer feedback report to management
**Minimum Qualifications:**
2+ years of customer service experience or luxury retail experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to gracefully deal with challenges and hostile communication
Shows great attention to detail
Process oriented
Passion for providing excellent customer service
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Associate degree or higher in Advertising, Creative Writing, English Literature, Journalism,
Marketing, or related field
Experience working in a fast-paced retail ecommerce environment
Working knowledge of the types of brands and products Notre carries
Familiarity with Lightspeed, Shopify, and Zendesk
