Description:

Join our team as a Facilities HVAC Technician at Lockheed Martin. In this role, you'll be responsible for various HVAC operations and support functions, such as maintenance, troubleshooting, and operation of building management systems.

Brazing/soldering, calibration, and wiring installation
Documentation and data collection
Cleaning and maintenance of HVAC systems
Proficient in ductwork assembly and fabrication
Experience with steam/hydronic boilers

Basic Qualifications:

Must have Security Clearance
Minimum 4 years experience as an HVAC technician
Hold a 608 Universal Certification
Valid driver's license
Ability to read electrical/mechanical drawings
Effective team player
Work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift 30 pounds
Experience with hand and power tools
Operate aerial lift platforms

Desired Skills:

2 years HVAC trade school or equivalent certification
High school degree or equivalency
Building management system programming
Strong communication skills
Equipment LOTO education
Steam boiler operation
Environmental chamber maintenance

Security Clearance Statement: This role requires a US Citizenship due to a government security clearance.
Clearance Level: Secret
