- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Consolidate financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Provide variance analysis and explanations for management review.
- Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Monitor budget-to-actual performance and provide insights to management.
- Identify trends and potential risks or opportunities.
- Maintain the integrity of the general ledger and chart of accounts.
- Review and post journal entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and controls.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a senior-level role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
