- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with carriers and drivers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading and shipping labels.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies; report any issues to supervisors.
- Organize and maintain inventory in warehouse or storage area.
- Utilize computerized systems to track shipments and update inventory records.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve shipping-related issues.
