GENERAL DUTIES:
Assist department administrators with providing services to schools and accomplishing the work of a department including representing the department in meetings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or its equivalent
Proficient oral and written communication skills in English
Proficient in the use of computer and Internet based applications, including but not limited to email and systems applications
Two years of experience working in an office setting
Knowledge of standard bookkeeping practices
School office experience required
Ability to problem solve and be a good listener.
