Kwáan Tech is seeking highly qualified administrative professionals to join our team in support of the Department of the Treasury Office of Intelligence Analysis.

Core Duties:

Conduct analysis of workforce structure and position descriptions
Coordinate revision and streamlining of OIA position descriptions based off of workforce analysis
Support PSO in implementing changes to organizational structure
Support PSO efforts to integrate new organizational structure with performance management strategy

Requirements

:

Minimum 5-7 years' experience
Experience in workforce analysis
Experience in strategic workforce planning
Experience/knowledge of federal position descriptions
Knowledge of federal employment regulations
Experienced using standard office suite, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to work under deadline pressure, handle stress, and deliver professional results.
Self-motivated.
Strong written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility
