Welcome to Alcona Health Center. We are seeking a Clerical Support Staff member for our Ossineke Services location. This position will provide administrative support to our clinical staff and patients.In this role you will assist with patient check-in and out processes, answer phones and respond to inquiries from patients and visitors,
maintain accurate health records according to established procedures,
process billings and payments,
schedule follow-up appointments for patients upon checkout,
operate telephone paging system
- Maintains waiting room safety.
- Schedules patient appointments
- Sends new patient enrollment packets prior first appointment
