    We are seeking talented and motivated engineering professionals to join our multi-disciplined team. We currently provide the opportunity for a hybrid/flex-hour work schedule.

    Our continued growth has created an immediate need for an Sr. Electrical Engineer for our Syosset, New York Office.

    Responsibilities

    Coordination with local power utility companies for new/upgrades of electrical service
    Electrical system analysis and calculations
    Design of electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load
    Design of fire alarm systems and low voltage systems
    Service room layout, utility conduit coordination, grounding and lighting protection
    Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports
    Electrical & fire alarm field surveys, inspections, and punch lists
    Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD)

    Qualifications

    Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
    10 years of relevant design experience
    PE License in New York required.
    Able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
    Ability to multi-task on several projects at once
    Strong communication skills and the ability to pro-actively collaborate during the design and construction process

    • Compensation: Minimum $100,000; Maximum: $180,000. The range provided is the salary that the Firm, in good faith, believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate's qualifications, years of experience and location.
