    Job Summary:

    Stockers at Sam's Club are responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment. This role involves physical labor and attention to detail to ensure products are readily available and easy to locate for customers.

    Responsibilities:

    • Unload merchandise from delivery trucks and organize it in the backroom area.
    • Stock shelves, ensuring products are prominently displayed, aligned correctly, and labeled accurately.
    • Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations as needed to enhance their shopping experience.
    • Maintain inventory by rotating stock and removing damaged or expired goods to prevent waste and maintain quality.
    • Ensure aisles and warehouse areas remain clean and free of debris to promote a safe and efficient work environment.

    Requirements:

    • Ability to lift heavy items and operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
    • Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy and efficient work area.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.
    • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
