Executive Recruitment Opportunity:

Monroe Consulting, a prominent executive recruitment company, is collaborating with a distinguished client in the telco industry to find a talented Network Operations Engineer to join their expanding team.

Job Responsibilities:
Provide Service Management to supervise the network system and continuously monitor alerts.

Ensure the security of the company's network and assess the performance of the business network.

Coordinate with third-party providers to secure network products and services.

Handle tier 2 customer escalations and troubleshoot IP services and networks promptly to meet SLA requirements.

Design and influence enhancements, modifications, and adjustments in the network's infrastructure.

Manage the integration of new network technologies.

Maintain necessary updates on VPN, WLAN, WAN, and LAN.

Provide customer support via email, telephone, and face-to-face interactions, and communicate service schedules to network users.

Document incident and problem resolutions.


Job Requirements:
Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field preferred.

Interest in Internet Technologies, routing, switching, and general network infrastructure.

Willingness to work in shifts to support the network system on a 24/7 basis.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Previous ISP environment experience is advantageous.

Professional certifications like CCNP will be a plus.
