    Ensures adherence to applicable governmental and payer regulations through clinical documentation auditsDirects charge capture, charge reconciliation and other reimbursement matters for hospital service lines across 3 instances of EpicParticipates in planning revenue integrity alignment efforts in preparation for the move to a single Epic instanceDirects the education, auditing, monitoring and support of revenue functionsProvides support and direction for charge integrity audits, claims processing denials, and compliance monitoringProactively identifies opportunities for charge integrity and stability in revenue with service line leaders across the health systemPerforms reporting and analysis of revenue related data and supports revenue related process improvementPartners with health system clinical, operational and information technology leaders to develop, implement and maintain strategies and tools to prevent revenue leakage and ensure consistent business operationsPartners with compliance to support audit related recommendations and denials mitigationProvides expertise as it relates to billing compliance for new and existing services, while maintaining compliance with organizational, federal, state and third party requirementsOptimizes revenue by performing appropriate reviews, investigating trends and patterns, and providing education regarding charge capture, charge reconciliation and billing guidelinesMonitors adherence to best practice operations and process flows, recommends changes as necessary, and sees them through implementationWhat you will need :

    Education:
