- The Care Assistant is accountable for providing our residents with quality care in a household environment, with resident-directed care. This is done in accordance with our policies, procedures, and the state and federal guidelines.
- Supports the facility's goal of excellence in patient care in a Christian, caring environment by facilitating positive employee relations and supporting department goals.
- Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital's Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
- Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.

- 6:00am-2:30pm/2:00pm-10:30pm, every other weekend, every other holiday; 24 hours every 2 weeks
