Job summary
This is a continuous recruitment for an Executive Assistant I/II at the Bay Area Air District.
The successful candidate will support the Executive Office by performing administrative tasks such as preparing meeting agenda packets, attending meetings, providing day-to-day support to Deputy Executives Officers, and maintaining confidentiality.
The position requires use of sound judgment and discretion.
The ideal candidate will have experience in executive administration and be able to work independently.+
Responsibilities
+- Initiates correspondence independently for signature by appropriate management staff;
- Reviews finished materials for completeness;
- Makes appointments;
- Schedules travel arrangements;
- Sorts mail;
