Job summary
We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to promote an excellent customer experience. The role involves overseeing a team of Associates at the front of store, ensuring prompt and courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. The ideal candidate will engage and interact with all customers, maintain a clean and organized store, and model outstanding customer service.The job requires strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of merchandising techniques, be able to multi-task, respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations, work effectively with peers and supervisors as part of our vibrant team that embraces diversity,fosters collaboration,and prioritizes your development.
