- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and related transaction documents
- Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and refinancings
- Review title, survey, zoning, and due diligence materials
- Coordinate and manage closings from start to finish
- Work directly with clients, lenders, brokers, and opposing counsel
- Support transactions for developers, owners, and private investors
- 4–8 years of transactional commercial real estate experience
- Strong deal-side background (not litigation-focused)
- Hands-on experience with PSAs, leasing, and real estate finance
- JD from an accredited law school; New York bar admission required
- Experience in a law firm or in-house real estate environment
- Comfortable running matters independently in a fast-paced, boutique setting
- Exposure to institutional or private equity-backed real estate deals
- Experience with multifamily, mixed-use, retail, or office assets
- Prior boutique firm experience
- Boutique environment with direct partner access
- High-quality deal flow and real ownership of matters
