    Market Research Analyst Location:
    US-NY-New York Salary: $70,000/year

    Job Type:
    Full Time (40 hrs/week)

    Job Duties:
    Manipulate, analyze and interpret large amount of raw data using various data tools to generate reports requested; Gather data on competitors andanalyze their prices, sales, and method of marketing and distribution; Conductqualitative and quantitative research on property listings for investment, buying and selling, and monthly rentalpurposes, consumer opinions andmarketing strategies, collaboratingwith marketing professionals,statisticians, pollsters, and otherprofessionals; Conduct market/saleschannel research on the internationalconsumer markets to develop andmarket the company's real estateservices, targeting potentialinternational consumers; and Review andevaluate the existing methods andprocedures for the market analysis, marketing and/or businessdevelopment related projects andprepare reports for recommendationsfor improvement


    Job Requirements:
    Job requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing or Management and at least 12 months of experience in the offered position or in the position of Market Researcher or Market Analyst


    Special Skills:
    Must possess expertise/knowledge sufficient to adequately perform the duties of the job being offered. Expertise/knowledge may be gained through employment experience or education. Such expertise/knowledge cannot be quantified by time.


    Required expertise/knowledge includes:

    Practical knowledge and experience in handling the market research, marketing, or business development related project from the initiation, development, and completion of the project.

    Experience with qualitative and quantitative data research and analysis for business operational or development purposes. Experience conducting research and analysis in support of the company's marketing plans and budgeting.

    Experience in conducting market/sales channel research on the international markets for various business development purposes, including market identification and selection of the projects.

    Experience in market/competitive analysis, benchmarking and forecasting based on market research. Please send resume to
