    We are seeking a Proposal Coordinator for an onsite role with our Marketing team in any one of our BGE Office locations :

    Texas: Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Katy, San Antonio, The Woodlands
    Florida: Jacksonville, Sarasota, Tampa, Vero Beach, West Palm Beach
    North Carolina: Charlotte, Raleigh
    Georgia: Atlanta

    Job Responsibilities

    • Support the Proposal Manager and proposal team to ensure the timely completion of assigned proposals
    • Research, write, and edit resumes, project descriptions, forms, and other content
    • Proofread proposal content ensuring compliance with client requirements, readability, grammar and spelling, and win theme message consistency and clarity
    • Assist with the assembly and submission of the assigned proposal in hard and/or electronic copy document format
    • Responsible for project close-out to include updating and maintaining the project and resume libraries and updating the boilerplate library
    • Other responsibilities as required/requested by the Proposal Team/Marketing Group
    Job Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field
    • Experience in the development of proposals - Construction, Architecture, Engineering industry is preferred
    • Proficient in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work on multiple tasks or projects at various levels of completion
    • Attention to detail, organized, dependable, and deadline driven
    • Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people of all technical levels
    • Ability to maintain effective working relationships with teammates
    • Ability to write, proofread, and edit proposal and presentation content
    • Ability to work both independently and in a complex team environment and to manage multiple tasks
    • Comfortable working in fast-paced environment
