    Required Skills & Experience

    • Must have at least 5 years of experience within compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, audit, or information security
    • Developed a control program or selected controls with little to no supervision
    • Experience performing audits, remediation plans, and root cause analysis assessments
    • Local to Indianapolis, IN
    Nice to Have Skills & Experience

    • Strong infrastructure background
    • Experience with NERC
    • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CIPP, CRISC, CGEIT, CRMA, GRCP, CRCM, or CCEP
    • Previous experience in the energy industry

    Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

    Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
