    Our client, a global leader in wealth and invesments, has a need for Call Center Support Reps. If you are looking for an opportunity to work with a well know pretigious firm, please to this role. Must be flexible to woek a 40 hour work week between the hours of Mon-Sun from 6AM-10PM. This role is also hybrid.

    Responsibilities

    Schedule:

    Sun-Sat 6am to 10pm (will work 5 days for an 8-hr shift each day); Candidates must be flexible to work during this time frame.


    REMOTE/HYBRID Schedules:

    • Most candidates will work remote during training (3 weeks) and then will transition into a hybrid schedule.
    • 3 days in Office and 2 days work from home.

    Work From Home Requirements:

    • Functioning computer (laptop or desktop – MAC or PC)
    • Reliable high speed internet (MUST be able to plug into the ethernet. No direct WIFI)
    • Quiet workspace and a phone line
    • When you work onsite you will have equipment provided on the client site.
    Position Description
    Client Support Service Professionals handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on Morgan Stanley accounts.

    Calls will need to respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics.

    Functional support areas include Morgan Stanley Cash Management products and services, Morgan Stanley Online (client website) and Mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.

    Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven, and committed to World-Class Service.

    • Ability to contribute in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
    • Aptitude to multi-task and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center

    Preference for 1 of the following criteria:
