    Thompson First Group is currently seeking a qualified Industrial Maintenance Mechanic for a local client in Trainer, PA. Candidates who have a background working as an Electrician in an industrial setting are encouraged to apply.

    Qualifications:
    • The ideal candidate will have expertise in facilities maintenance, electrical systems, and customer service
    • Strong leadership skills to supervise maintenance projects effectively
    • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
    • Experience in facilities maintenance
    • Welding skills for fabrication and repair work
    Benefits:
    • Pay: $35.93 per hour
    • Expected hours: 40 – 56 per week

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment
    • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues in a timely manner
    • Conduct preventive maintenance on various systems to ensure optimal functionality
    • Supervise maintenance projects and coordinate with other team members
    • Welding and fabrication as needed for repairs
    • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
    • Customer service-oriented approach to address maintenance issues promptly
