The Staffing Support Coordinator provides assistance to the manager for staffing and scheduling and time card editing. Generally supports several managers with a combined staff of around 200. Provides backup to Staffing Specialists to provide flexibility in scheduling for the Resource Management Department, and other clinical departments.
Requirements
Education
High school education (or GED) required
Associate degree preferred
Experience
Three or more years Hospital Clerical Experience required.
One year experience as Staffing specialist or Health Unit Coordinator
Experience with scheduling in complex health care environment.
Experience using API staff/Scheduling or equivalent preferred.
Experience using API time/attendance or equivalent preferred
Proven ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent communication skills.
Organizational, logical problem solving and decision making skills required.
Strict attention to detail and accuracy required
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) software
Ability to perform Staffing Specialist duties
Licensure/Certification

N11 ($ $29.64), based on experience
