    Responsibilities

    Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in

    MS/Tele and Med/Surg settings
    Monitor telemetry, assess patient conditions, and respond to changes promptly
    Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
    Accurately document patient care using

    Paragon EMR

    (training provided)
    Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
    Float to appropriate units as needed in accordance with facility policy
    Maintain compliance with hospital, state, and Joint Commission standards

    Requirements

    Active California RN license (license in hand – no EMSA)
    Minimum 2 years of MS/Tele experience
    BLS and ACLS certifications
    Willingness to float (per unit policies)
    No DUI background issues
    COVID-19 vaccination required (no exemptions)
    Travel experience not required
    Local candidates accepted at the same bill rate
