- Assist with sales incentive compensation administrative tasks including the calculation of monthly and quarterly sales compensation.
- Partner with 3rd party vendor (IQVIA) for US sales incentive processing
- Validation and reconciliation of monthly and quarterly sales compensation amounts
- Support the sales roster management process including documentation and tracking of new hires, terminations, promotions, and changes to job role.
- Document exceptions to standard sales commissions processes each pay cycle including one-off exceptions and special circumstances that impact payouts.
- Track leaves of absence while ensuring sales compensation is paid out accurately based on amount of time on leave.
- Microsoft Excel – 3-5 Years
- Understanding of sales compensation process and calculation – 3-5 Years
- Data/Financial Analysis and reporting – 3 Years minimum
