    Position Overview
    Reporting to the Sr. Group Product Manager, you will be responsible for management of core eCommerce Order Services.

    Using Product Management and Agile methodologies, you will partner with platform engineers and business to keep systematic order processing operating at scale, while creating new capabilities.

    Responsibilities
    Become expert in and take ownership of eCommerce Order capture, processing and fulfillment
    Leverage Agile practices to accomplish work in a fast-paced environment
    Oversee the development and improvement of products and understand the customer experience to deliver product enhancements and determine potential future requirements
    Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance
    Bridge the gap between requirements, operations, implementations and engineering by translating product requirements into workable user stories
    Clearly communicate goals, findings, data (both good and bad) to the team, partners and executives
    Lead testing, quality, and issue evaluation throughout lifecycle of projects
    Assure delivered code meets requirements and pre-established standards
    Maintain a high level of service and collaboration with internal clients and partners
    Navigate and negotiate conflicting priorities and dependencies
    Develop and implement new technologies, documentation and new technical processes
    You will need to manage your time delivering high-priority capabilities, ensuring billings growth and affecting thousands of customers
    Minimum Qualifications
    Proficient technical knowledge of API, databases, microservices functionality and integration
    Proficient experience working off technical specifications and architecture diagramming
    Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences; an ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical people
    Experience drawing relevant insights from ambiguous data and resolving complex problems
    Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
    Team player; contribute to team efforts; must have the ability to maintain a good partnership with project team members and clients
    Experience working across teams including developers, architects, quality assurance engineers, and operations
    Intermediate experience with Jira, ProductBoard, SharePoint
    Introductory knowledge of eCommerce order capture, processing and fulfillment
    1+ years of Technical Product Owner or Product Manager experience in a medium/large technology, corporate or startup environment

    Salary transparency
    Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $89,300 and $154,000. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.

    In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
