Job Responsibilities:
Generate regular reports on team performance and KPI metrics.
Assist with CRM platform hygiene and automation performance to enhance sales process flow.
Generate performance to plan metrics for sales team members.
Track inside sales performance metrics and report on trends and KPIs.
Generate & distribute commission reports on a regular basis
Assist with new process roll outs and documenting SOPs.
Assist with metrics needed for presentations on a regular basis.
Ensuring access & regular usage on channel messaging including SMS, Social Media, Video messaging platforms.
Compensation validation and ensuring integrity in the data.
Identify key performance trends & areas for improvement.
Assist in won / lost deal metrics & nurturing campaign alignments.
Consistent communication with VP of Sales Operations on team status and goal achievement.
Aligning with BDRs team on Targeting activity, list uploads, coordination of event messaging (pre-post).
Improve overall visibility to sales and marketing metrics.
Assisting Sales leadership team with various administrative projects.
Assuring incoming leads are properly routed to sales teams.
CRM uploads of customer data & list generation for key market targeting.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
1+ years' experience in sales operations, rev ops, reporting role.
CRM administration (HubSpot preferred).
Building performance reports, KPI monitoring and reporting trends on key KPI and performance based metrics, Commissions, compensation plans, dashboard reporting.
Running day-to-day sales administrative tasks.Advanced Microsoft Excel reporting and formulated automation skills.
Compensation
$75,000—$80,000 USD
Compensation is based on factors including level of experience, skillset, qualifications, and location.
