    What you bring to the tableBeck is looking for a talented Office Manager to support an extraordinary team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

    The Office Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support for our office. This position requires technical proficiency, strong social skills, adaptability, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

    The job involves the following essential functions:

    Ensure that Subcontracts, invoices, reports and all the other project required documents are being uploaded and maintained on CmicReview and process invoices for paymentCoordinate Accounts Payable as neededSupport the day-to-day operations within the Fort Lauderdale office/regionHelp plan and coordinate regional eventsWelcomes guests and customers by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries, managing conference room schedules, distributing mail, and assisting with daily needs for the officeManage all office supplies and equipmentTravel coordination for regional leaders, employees and guestsCoordinate schedules, lunches and meetingsProcess expenses using corporate expense management tool Chrome RiverPartner with HR accommodating interviews and onboarding new hiresWho we think will be a great fitAn analytical person with an understanding of administrative functions, a passion for getting things done, the initiative to resolve problems, and a positive attitude while possessing uncompromising authenticity and integrity.


    You will also meet the following requirements:
    High school graduate or GEDAssociates Degree preferred5+ years administrative experienceForward thinking, trustworthy, reliable, responsible, intuitive, energetic, and focused on serviceHighly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated team player with the ability to prioritize workloadEffective verbal and written communicatorProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelBackground in accounting systems a plusMust maintain confidentiality

    Physical Demands:

    Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently operates a computer and other office productivity equipment; frequently lift and move up to ten pounds and occasionally lift and move up to fifty pounds; constantly communicates with project and operations teams, Beck employees, and external vendors; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
