    We are intentional about building a workplace that reflects the rich diversity of our members. We are currently seeking a Mobile Engineering Manager to join our Trust & Safety engineering team.

    In this role, you will lead a team of 5-8 Android and iOS engineers, focusing on enhancing account authenticity, mitigating adversarial impact, building public trust, and enabling safer experiences for millions of users globally on Tinder.

    You will have an opportunity to lead a mobile team that is deeply invested in improving architecture designs, exploring emerging ideas, and leveraging technologies in interesting ways to help support one of our primary missions:
    ensuring that Tinder remains the safest place to meet new people.
    This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week. Lead a team of 5-8 Android and iOS engineers to build consumer-facing features that reach millions of users globally.
    Define and own platform objectives and key metrics, developing a strategic roadmap for your team.
    Collaborate with cross-functional/platform teams to execute the roadmap, delivering high-quality results promptly.
    Lead and mentor team members to help them reach their full potential.
    5+ years of professional experience building native Android and/or iOS applications.
    ~1+ year(s) of experience leading mobile engineering teams.
    ~ Significant experience with Swift and/or Kotlin, understanding concepts like structs, data classes, optionals, generics, concurrency, etc.
    ~ Familiarity with architecture patterns such as MVVM, VIPER, MVI, RIBs, and their applications.
    ~ Proven experience leading a team in building and shipping large-scale mobile apps.
    ~ Experience developing frequently updated apps for consumer products.
    Experience with modern building tools such as Gradle and Bazel and CI/CD process.

    This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
