Job summary

We're looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the customer onboarding end-to-end. This is a foundational, hands-on role responsible for scoping onboarding, setting expectations, and executing account setup to get customers live quickly and correctly.
You'll work closely with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success while helping define how onboarding scales over time.
We help creators and businesses launch, grow, and monetize newsletters—now serving tens of thousands of publishers and reaching hundreds of millions of readers monthly.
