Job DescriptionJob Summary:

Implements high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and Feufo's policies and procedures.

Develops treatment plans, supervises assistants and aides, contributes to case management, and provides quality patient care. Maintains positive interactions with Feufo's clients and facilities, enhancing client relations.

Essential Functions:

• Understand appropriate state Practice Act and adhere to the laws governing physical therapy practice.
• Review Clinical Operations Policies Procedures Manual annually and adhere to the policies and procedures set forth.
• Complete all required compliance trainings and adhere to standards set forth in regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate, treat, and document patient needs clearly and comprehensively.
• Maintain ongoing documentation of goals, progress, and medical necessity.
• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation.
• Communicate effectively with coworkers, physicians, patients, and third-party payors.
• Attend facility meetings as directed and complete continuing education coursework.
