The Ultra Supply Chain function manages the processes associated with Indirect and Direct Procurement of goods and materials required to meet the operational demands of the business and the logistics of ensuring that materials are available for operations, and the completed products/services are delivered to the customer.

Candidates must be eligible to obtain the relevant security clearance required for the role, due to the nature of the programmes we deliver for our customers.

Job Description

The Logistics function in Ultra manages all supply chain logistics, which includes material planning, inventory control and distribution.
Administrativeroles in Ultra provide support to a business or function. This support might include general office management, answering phones, speaking with clients, assisting a manager and clericalwork(including maintaining records and entering data), or a variety of other tasks.

Work will be tailored to a student level to ensure that the intern can be successful with adequate effort.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• In process or completed obtaining a BS Degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Operations
• Ability to obtain aUS Government security clearance.Security clearances are granted to U.S. citizens.
